Velez ensure all collections are carried out by security cleared Velez staff and in Velez owned company vehicles. All collections are dedicated (unless agreed otherwise in advance) and IT assets are brought directly back to our secure ITAD facility.

Velez operates a purpose-built, dedicated ITAD facility for the secure handling of IT assets. The site is access controlled to ensure only security cleared staff can enter. It has total CCTV coverage and layered security solutions to ensure the security of your assets and data prior to sanitization.

FULL AUDIT AND PAPERWORK

In order to ensure our clients are fully compliant with all legislative requirements, each ITAD project will receive a full asset register, individual data sanitisation certificates for each data-bearing asset as well as any other paperwork that could be required.
