Focusing mainly around our ITO offerings, these new offices will provide multi-lingual back end support for Velez and its global customer base in addition to looking after telecommunications, software development and administration.
With the rapid growth in managed Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services being in such high demand it is critical that the service providers behind such are knowledgeable, stable and in a position to scale up the necessary skill sets that are in demand.
